PURCHASING ART

 At our Wildlife Art Gallery, we pride ourselves on offering a simple, yet comprehensive purchasing process. From browsing our stunning collection to finalizing your purchase, we’ll assist you every step of the way. With our help, you'll get to enjoy your chosen piece of nature-inspired art in no time!

PURCHASE ENQUIRY

  • Please send an email enquiry to steph@warrencarywildlifegallery.com or warren@warrencarywildlifegallery.com or a WhatsApp to +27 76 811 5654

  • Specify the art piece that you are interested in purchasing by indicating the artist and the artwork title

  • Please indicate the country where you are based.

  • We will answer any questions you may have, and send photos or videos of the artwork if required

QUOTE

  • Please provide your shipping address and contact number

  • We will send you a quote indicating the artwork costs and a shipping cost from DHL 

PAYMENT

  • An invoice will be issued for payment 

  • Payments need to be made via electronic or wire bank transfer

  • The currency conversion on the day of payment will apply and should be paid in South African Rand

  • Art works will be indicated as "reserved" when the invoice has been issued and will be indicated as "sold" when the payment has been received

 PACKAGING

  • We professionally wrap and package the artwork

  • The majority of artworks can be removed from the frame and shipped rolled in a cylinder.

  • At your request we can de-glass artworks (maintain the frame and remove the glass), where we add a protective covering over the artwork. You then have a local framer add new glass to the piece once the artwork

  • Should you choose to retain the frame with the glass, we cover the glass with a plastic adhesive sheet, please note this does not guarantee that the glass will NOT break, but the helps to safe guard the artwork as the glass stays adhered to the adhesive plastic sheet

  • Large heavy artworks will be packaged in a crate

SHIPPING

  • Artworks are shipped with:

  • DHL or Aramax  (International - 7 to 14 days) 

  • Postnet or The Courier Guy (Local 2 to 3 days)

  • Artworks will be shipped from the Warren Cary Wildlife Gallery in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, South Africa

  • We recommend including shipping insurance, however, please note that insurance does not cover artwork  framed with glass

  • Any customs, taxes and duties that may be due are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid by you in the destination country
