PURCHASING ART

We assist our clients every step of the way through the online purchasing process to ensure that our clients are happy with their purchases. We will even send additional photos and videos of the artworks in the gallery so that our clients can conceptualize the size, scale, framing etc.

The process starts with an email enquiry, we send through any additional information that the client requests and we get a cost for shipping. When the client is happy to go ahead with the purchase we email through an invoice. Payment is made via EFT and when we receive the proof of payment we wrap and box the artwork for shipping. When payment has been reflected in our account we then dispatch the artwork for shipping with DHL. The way-bill is then sent to the client. Shipping takes about 7 working days worldwide.
