PURCHASE ENQUIRY

SHIPPING

  • Please provide your shipping address and contact number

  • We will obtain a shipping quotation from DHL

  • Artworks will be shipped from the Warren Cary Wildlife Gallery in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, South Africa

  • We recommend including shipping insurance, however please note that insurance does not cover framed glass

PACKAGEING

  • We professionally wrap and package the artworks

  • At your request we can remove artworks from their frames.

  • Oil, acrylic, watercolour and graphite artworks can be removed from the frame and shipped in a rolled tube, however pastel & charcoal works cannot be rolled and would be shipped flat between pieces of hardboard.

  • At your request we can de-glass artworks (maintain the frame, and remove the glass), we add a protective covering over the artwork, you can then have a local framer add new glass to the piece once the artwork arrives at your destination

  • Should you choose to retain the frame with the glass, we cover the glass with a plastic adhesive sheet, please note this does not guarantee that the glass will NOT break, but the glass does tent to stay adhered to the plastic sheet
